Week 5 - Group Presentation Review (Planning)

Presentation 1

Team Name
 – Aerial Ropeway
Team Members – Daisy, Maria, Iqra, Yen, Bethany, Maria

CLARITY OF THE ORAL PRESENTATIONThe oral presentation on planning was informative as the group communicated this concept clearly and succinctly. The in depth explanation of executing a planning procedure in projects was beneficial as it presented these concepts comprehensively through the inclusion of examples. The group demonstrated a great deal of knowledge and research, as each member presented a particular section of the presentation making them specialised on their topic. By the conclusion of the presentation, importance of “planning” was conveyed thoroughly.

CLARITY OF THE WRITTEN PRESENTATIONThe overall structure of the group presentation was clear and organised. The progress of the group’s project and procedure of planning was clearly demonstrated through their use of diagrams and charts. These provided a clear, visual representation of the important content elements.

DISTINCTIVENESS AND SPECIFICITY OF THE EXAMPLES
The inclusion and explanation of their examples were distinctive and specific to the topics addressed in the presentation. The group demonstrated that each member understood their role and responsibility within the project as well as the presentation. 

THE CONCEPTUAL CONTEXT
The students within the group portrayed a strong understanding of the conceptual context of their theme of collaboration for their project. During the presentation they would link their theme of planning back to their project, providing examples as they went.

 – Bus Stop of the Future
Team Members – Michael, Jason, George, Violet

CLARITY OF THE ORAL PRESENTATIONThe presentation on planning was detailed and informative, with the group providing thorough explanations of all aspects of the topic. The oral presentation communicated the topic well. Each member of the group defined the topic’s meanings and used examples which enriched the understandings of the audience.

CLARITY OF THE WRITTEN PRESENTATION The written content for this presentation was clear. However the group didn't use any presentation software and just read from there wiki page. As a result the presentation wasn't as engaging and a bit boring.

DISTINCTIVENESS AND SPECIFICITY OF THE EXAMPLES Distinctive and specific examples were utilized to explain each sub-topic. The group was specific to their particular project, explaining how planning applies to their project.

CONCEPTUAL CONTEXT The group demonstrated a sound understanding of the topic. There video was informative and to the point and kept the audience engaged.
